ah skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet:
Goldbergielocks:
By the way, and I'm just saying, why would the governor of New York import a prostitute from New York to Washington? Is this some variant of the "They don't have any good restaurants in D.C." crap we hear from our New York friends? I'll have everyone know that we've got many high-quality whores in Washington, D.C. Some of whom even have sex for money.
Some even work out of the Watergate and let Doug Feith come in their mouths!

Jesus, Spencer. I tried to read all of that god-awful piece by Goldberg. I nearly threw up several times, until alas, I closed the window. Seriously...

“Given the ease, as everybody knows, with which one can reconstitute stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons if you have the capabilities which he had, I don’t think the rationale for the war hinged on the existence of stockpiles." What?!?! Are you f*ckin' joking? Yes, the authorization of the war wasn't based on any "real" weapons. It was Feith's imaginationland in which creating biological and chemical weapons is so simple that even a caveman can do it. (No offense to any caveman reading this post).

And I hope I am never described as "owlish."

I stopped reading the New Yorker (formerly an object of affection) when I read Goldberg's two pieces on Hizbullah (I was in beirut at the time and it was the subject of considerable ridicule among the journo crowd).

I am new to your blog, but I think one of the Cockburns had a slight Goldberg fetish for a while over his Iraq reporting. Check it out somewhere on Counterpunch.
