April 09, 2007 Media Contact: (703) 697-5131/697-5132 Public/Industry(703) 428-0711 DoD Identifies Navy Casualties The Department of Defense announced today the death of three sailors who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. They died April 6 from enemy action while conducting combat operations near Kirkuk, Iraq. Killed were: Chief Petty Officer Gregory J. Billiter, 36, of Villa Hills, Ky. Petty Officer 2nd Class Curtis R. Hall, 24, of Burley, Ind. Petty Officer 1st Class Joseph A. McSween, 26, of Valdosta, Ga.
