To all the TNR Talkback poster-boys and -girls on the Plank, the Spine and Deep in the Count, thank you so, so much. Your support means the world to me, especially that of those who disagree with my writing or reporting.
Also, to clear up a minor point, when eoverpec referred on DitC to my use of the term "douches," it wasn't in reference to anything I had said about my editors. Baseball makes me potty-mouthed, and I used the word to describe, say, Scott Spezio or David Wells or Ronnie Belliard. --Spencer Ackerman
To further clarify the point, you actually used the term "douche" to describe me. But yes, I didn't mean that you had actually described any editors of TNR as douches. It was an inside joke apparently with myself. I hope I didn't cause you any problems by saying that. Good luck, |
